Welcome to Favour Perfect. By using our website and placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.


Our Guarantee

We strive for perfection in everything we do. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email and we will do everything we can to make it right. Your feedback and satisfaction mean the world to us.

Please note that all personalised items are non-refundable. Any order processed incorrectly by Favour Perfect will be gladly replaced at our expense.


Currency

All prices displayed on the Favour Perfect website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).


GST

All prices displayed on the Favour Perfect website are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax). The GST component of your order will be shown at checkout.


Colours

Colours displayed on your screen may differ slightly from the finished printed product. This is due to variations in screen settings, calibration, and display quality across different devices. We do not accept returns based on minor colour differences between what was viewed on screen and the final printed item.


Refund & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us with your order number and we'll be happy to help.

Non-Personalised Items Non-personalised items may be exchanged within 14 business days of delivery, provided the items are returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind on non-personalised items. However, if a product is faulty, not as described, or does not perform as expected, you may be entitled to a refund in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us before returning anything. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Personalised & Custom Items As personalised orders are created specifically for you, they cannot be resold and are therefore non-refundable. However, we will gladly reprint and reship your order at our expense in the following circumstances:

  • Your order contains errors made by Favour Perfect during the design process
  • Your order was damaged in transit (please retain all packaging and provide photos of the damage)

Please notify us of any issues within 5 business days of receiving your order. If a replacement is approved, we will reprint and dispatch it as quickly as possible and notify you by email when it has shipped.

Please note that shipping charges, design and artwork setup fees, and rush processing fees are non-refundable.

Our No Melt Guarantee We're proud to offer a No Melt Guarantee on all chocolate orders. If your chocolates arrive melted, we will replace them or issue a store credit. Please note this guarantee covers transit to your nominated delivery address only and does not apply if Authority To Leave or Safe Drop has been enabled. Any heat damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. For full details please refer to our No Melt Guarantee policy.


Incomplete Orders

We take great care to process and ship every order accurately and completely. If any items are missing from your order, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt with details of the missing items and we will arrange to send them to you as quickly as possible at our expense.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please retain the original packaging and its contents and contact us immediately with photos. While we always do our best to ensure safe delivery, Favour Perfect cannot be held responsible for chocolates that melt or become damaged during shipping outside of our No Melt Guarantee terms.


A Note on Production & Delivery Timeframes All production and delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While we always do our best to meet your required dates, Favour Perfect cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, peak period volumes, or weather events.


Return to Sender

If a delivery is missed and your parcel is returned to us, we are happy to arrange reshipment. A reshipment fee will apply in most cases to cover the cost of sending your order again. If the return was due to an error on our part, no fee will be charged.

Please note that if an incorrect or incomplete address is provided at checkout and your order cannot be delivered as a result, this does not entitle you to a refund.


Artwork & Intellectual Property

All artwork created by Favour Perfect for your products remains the property of Favour Perfect. We reserve the right to add newly created designs to our website to offer to other customers. If you or another designer have supplied the artwork, we will fully respect the copyright ownership of that designer and will not use or reproduce it without permission.


Customer Information

Favour Perfect does not collect or share personal information beyond what is necessary to fulfil your order. The only information shared with third parties is your name and delivery address, which is provided to our shipping carriers solely for the purpose of delivering your order. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.


Changes to These Terms

Favour Perfect reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
