How do I place an order online?
Once you’re ready to check out, click the the gift package in the upper right that says “Your Cart”. You will then “go to payments” and complete the required fields. From there, you will proceed to make your payment and complete your purchase.
Where do I find my shopping cart?
You can find your shopping cart on the right hand side of the page by clicking on the present hanging under the tree which says “Your Cart”
Do you have a shop I can visit?
Unfortunately no. All our products are available for viewing and purchase online however you are welcome to contact us to purchase sample products.
Can I pickup my order?
Yes certainly. Favour Perfect is located in Sydney. Please contact us by email or phone for more information.
Do you deliver anywhere in Australia
Yes. We use Australia Post and a courier service which deliver anywhere in Australia for a flat rate of $14.95
Do you ship internationally?
At this current time we will only ship to New Zealand. Please email us for a postage quote.
When should I place my order?
It is a good idea to ensure all your favours are ready for your big day at least 3 weeks in advance. Favour Perfect recommends you place your order at least 3 weeks before your special day to ensure all items are in stock.
Personalised Chocolate bar orders should be placed at least 2 weeks prior to your wedding day to give time for personalisation.
Most items are shipped within 48 hours however if an item is out of stock you will be notified asap.
What payment methods can I use?
Favour Perfect accepts credit / visa card payment via paypal. You are not required to have a PayPal account in order to make purchases, simply click the “I don’t have a PayPal account” option when you are directed to the Paypal site at check out.
We also accept bank transfers and money orders for those who do not have a credit card. Please email us for bank deposit details.
Chocolate bar order FAQs
It is best to place your personalised chocolate bar order at least 3 weeks prior to your wedding day to ensure there is enough time for personalisation.
Once your order is ready to be shipped your chocolate bars will be sent via Australia Post Express Post Overnight service (the overnight service guarantee is only within the Australia Post express post network).
All chocolate bars may contain traces of peanuts and tree nuts.
You are purchasing the personalised wrappers and will receive the chocolate bars fully assembled for free.
