At Favour Perfect we aim to process and ship your order in a punctual and safe manner.

Please ensure you provide Favour Perfect with your correct delivery address to ensure your order reaches you safely.

Most items will be shipped within 3 weeks of your order being placed excluding personalised and out of stock items which can take up to 4 weeks to process and post. We will keep you informed about any delays and also let you know when your order has been posted.

Please note that Favour Perfect strives to keep all items in stock, however some items may run low or be discontinued or backorderd by our supplier without our notification. If any item you have purchased is unavailable in the time frame supplied then one of Favour Perfects's friendly staff members will contact you immediateley to let you know and organise to replace your items or issue you a refund.
